AECI’s Rotational Development Program is designed to develop our next generation of engineers in our Power Production Division. You will work in a challenging, innovative and collaborative environment alongside experienced engineers and leaders during a 24-month rotational period with different assignments lasting approximately six months each. You will take part in complex projects, receive on-the-job training and gain visibility throughout our organization. Placement opportunities after successful completion of the program include a variety of engineering roles.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/related discipline (e.g. electrical, mechanical, civil, industrial or similar) from an accredited school or equivalent work or military experience is required
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical issues in clear and simple terms
Team player who enjoys trouble shooting and problem solving
Innovators with a passion for new ideas and continuous improvement
Ability and willingness to relocate upon completion of the program
