This position provides financial and administrative leadership to the Cooperative, including being a key member of the management team working closely with the CEO, the Board of Directors and other staff. Position is accountable for all aspects of financial management of the Cooperative including, but not limited to, maintaining accurate and timely financial statements, conducting associated analysis, tax reporting, investment oversight and advising the CEO on all key financial matters.
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent is required. CPA certification with at least 10 years of utility or rural electric system accounting experience is preferred. Supervisory experience and performance coaching is desired.
Background and pre-employment screening is required.
