We are looking for a business analyst professional to join our core Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Product team. In this role, you will help us build better products for utility and telecommunication companies’ customers. Primary focus will be on end customer engagement tools – whether it’s through online account management tools, our messaging platform and payment integrations.
This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the needs of our customers for product development and enhancements. This role interacts closely with our designers, developers, testers and e-learning specialists. Assist in gathering basic level product and/or project requirements as directed.
Assist in creating the requirements using various tool sets.
Assist in conducting interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, and scenarios for product or project use cases.
Assist in providing support on requirements to internal stakeholders that are apart of the software development life cycle.
Assist on change review boards regarding proposed enhancements.
Attend project status meetings and prepare status reports.
Participate in NISC’s software development lifecycle as directed.
Assist in product and feature communication plans.
