The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the customer service team and processes. Training, benchmarking and providing timely feedback on progress and opportunities. He or she will assist in planning, developing and administering a comprehensive customer service program which facilitates growth in the system that is beneficial to the customers. This includes assisting with strategic and tactical planning in order to position Infinium as a competitive provider of broadband internet services. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with emphasis in business or finance preferred. Must have four or more years of progressive experience in the area of Internet Services Leadership, a thorough working knowledge of general office practices, record keeping and accounting principles, rules and regulations.
