Cuivre River Electric Cooperative is seeking a Journeyman Lineman. Join Missouri’s largest electric cooperative in serving over 65,000 members in St. Charles, Lincoln, Pike and Warren counties. CREC linemen essential functions include, but are not limited to, all aspects of construction and maintenance of overhead and underground electric distribution systems. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, successfully completed a qualified lineman program or apprenticeship, as well as a valid Class A CDL operator license.
In addition to the aforementioned qualifications, applicants must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
