| Cuivre River Electric Cooperative, headquartered in Troy, Missouri, is now seeking to hire a Manager, Engineering & Operations. The position reports directly to the CEO and interacts with the Board of Directors. SUMMARY In the role of Manager, Engineering & Operations, you will act as the primary engineering consultant for the cooperative, overseeing the planning and construction of new services, line extensions and system improvements. You will have the opportunity to oversee the design of future distribution facilities, as well as the maintenance of present facilities. You will direct and control all aspects of long and short-term electrical system planning and engineering. You will manage the acquisition and disbursement of construction-related materials, construction-related vehicles and other rolling stock. You will oversee the negotiation of pole attachments and other agreements. Within the departments of Engineering & Operations, you will directly and indirectly oversee the management of 81 employees. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- 7+ years industry experience
- 7+ years of progressive, senior management leadership experience
- Knowledge of engineering, project management and construction management practices related to planning, design, construction and operations
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code, National Electrical Safety Code
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship needed now or future
