| Position: The Truckee Donner Public Utility District (Truckee Donner PUD) Administrative Services Department is looking to fill the Conservation & Customer Services Senior Analyst position vacancy. The Conservation & Customer Services Senior Analyst designs, implements, optimizes, evaluates, measures, verifies, and reports on electric and water customer service and conservation programs for the District. This is a technical, highly visible, customer-contact position that requires a balance of client relationship management, communication with staff executing programs, and management of a wide variety of programs. This position is responsible for technical administration and program management of customer service and conservation programs, including software capability advancement to support long term District customer engagement and outreach goals.
