Groundworker

To be considered, an applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior job experience is preferred with preference given to experience in operating small power tools. A traffic flagger card or ability to obtain one preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all applicable safety rules, regulations, and practices, and be able to maintain a First Aid/CPR/AED card. Must be a self-starter with the ability to read and follow instructions well. Must be able to write, do basic algebra, and possess good reading and listening skills. Must have the ability to obtain, if necessary, an Oregon Class A CDL with a good driving record within six months of employment. Must possess a forklift operator’s certification or obtain within six months of employment. Must be willing to accept trouble calls and perform such work in all kinds of weather and at all hours of the day or night.
