Federated Rural Electric Insurance Exchange the leading provider of property and casualty insurance for rural electric cooperatives in 42 states is currently searching for a Regulatory Compliance & Resource Coordinator. 

General Summary:

Team member is responsible for developing and providing regulatory compliance resources; and loss prevention and training programs for statewide and member cooperatives. Serves as a technical resource for team and cooperative members in areas of cooperative operations and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Develops regulatory compliance and loss prevention training and communication material designed to enhance the culture of safety on a national, state and local level for member cooperatives
2. Coordinates & develops S.A.F.E. app tools and updates
3. Maintains strong supportive relationship with NRECA and other industry partners to monitor regulatory standards, programs, procedures and subsequent revisions
4. Provides recommendation and support to staff and insured members as new standards are implemented
5. Supports staff, by providing analysis and updates of claims activity
6. Delivers monthly safety & regulatory compliance communications
7. Continues professional development through education and industry associations
8. Performs other duties as assigned by management
