CFC has a need for a Commercial Loan Processor in the LOG - Loan Administration group. In this position you will perform loan processing and tracking and general administrative support for all lending groups.
As a Commercial Loan Processor, you will:
•Process administrative aspects of loan applications and documentation. •Process administrative aspects of Compliance Actions, Consents, Waivers & modifications. •Compile Partial Release of Lien documentation and track through lending databases to finalize the process. •Scans and imports documents into imaging system. •Provide telephone support and respond to internal and external inquiries for LOG and MSG. •Provide switchboard back-up for receptionist. •Provide support as part of the Weather Emergency Team (WET). May require overnight stay in hotel.
To be successful, you will need:
• High school diploma required. • Supplemental business or some college courses preferred. • Three years of administrative experience required. • Previous loan processing experience required, commercial loan process experience preferred. • Previous customer service experience highly preferred. • Notary license or ability to obtain. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks. • Must be able to function in a team environment. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and significant on-site pressure. • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organization/time management skills. • Must be able to work with little supervision. • Self-initiative and commitment to learn. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and lending databases.
