Sunflower Electric is seeking a remote Organizational Development Intern to assist the Organizational Development and Human Resources departments. This paid internship is a remote opportunity spanning from Aug. 2 – Dec. 23.
Assist the Organizational Development and Human Resources departments with a variety of projects including employee development and company-wide training initiatives. Additional projects will include assisting both departments with document organization and maintenance.
Gain exposure to real world projects.
Work with a variety of employees and departments.
Learn new concepts and apply course work to business case projects.
Junior or senior in pursuit of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, organizational leadership or related field.
General understanding of training and organizational development fundamentals.
Self-starter that can work independently and with little direction/oversight.
Quick learner and able to apply new skills immediately.
Strong organizational skills.
Outgoing personality and able to work with various types of employees.
Able to maintain confidentiality of all types of information.
