Custodians assist in the care and maintenance of the company facilities and will also support the business operations through general housekeeping functions and preparation of meeting facilities. We’re looking for someone who can maintain a high degree of situational awareness to meet continually changing system conditions with a fresh and adaptable approach. In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and continuing to strive to push AECI and our mission forward.
Cleans all bathrooms, vending areas, offices, and break rooms.
Mops and machine cleans all hard surface floor areas. Strips and wax VC Tile floors.
Vacuum, shampoo and extract carpeted areas; dusts wood surfaces and cleans janitorial equipment as needed.
Empties all trash containers and deposit trash in dumpsters; stocks janitorial closets as needed.
The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.
Pursuant to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593, this position is designated safety-sensitive according to AECC/AECI standards and processes
Current and valid Drivers License
