Position Summary: Provides administrative support for the CEO and Senior Staff. Maintains official correspondence database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to CEO. Primary responsibility will be managing the CEO’s office. Duties include, organizing meetings, handling phone calls, managing mail & basic correspondence, proofreading documents, keeping meticulous files, scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements and compiling expense reports.
Provides administrative support to Senior Staff. Duties include managing travel arrangements, compiling expense reports, and scheduling.
Maintains Central’s official correspondence database. Duties include, scanning all official documents into the database and categorizing each document by subject matter, continuously improving the functionality of the database, and ensuring the completeness of the documents included in the database.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must be responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of executive information and data of a highly sensitive nature.
Highly organized with excellent skills in grammar, business writing, and verbal communication.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; Basic understanding of and ability to develop and work with budgets.
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and assignments, ability to conduct work efficiently in an independent, self-directed manner with limited supervision.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts or related field preferred.
Five to seven years prior experience required.
