Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position Summary:  Provides administrative support for the CEO and Senior Staff.  Maintains official correspondence database.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provides administrative support to CEO. Primary responsibility will be managing the CEO’s office.  Duties include, organizing meetings, handling phone calls, managing mail & basic correspondence, proofreading documents, keeping meticulous files, scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements and compiling expense reports.
2. Provides administrative support to Senior Staff. Duties include managing travel arrangements, compiling expense reports, and scheduling.
3. Maintains Central’s official correspondence database. Duties include, scanning all official documents into the database and categorizing each document by subject matter, continuously improving the functionality of the database, and ensuring the completeness of the documents included in the database.
4. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
