Responsible to maintain high quality member service by ensuring the ongoing and efficient operation of the Member Services Department. Plan, develop and administer a comprehensive member service program to ensure the standardization of service of member rate classes, in both service interactions and their associated data. Provides vision, direction and guidance to the Member Services Department.
Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
Require minimum of eight years direct experience in member or customer service.
Require 4 years’ experience in supervision.
Prefer experience in electric cooperative or utility industry.
Prefer proficiency in Spanish.
Prefer knowledge of the Rural Utilities Services (RUS) system.
Requires demonstrated ability to work within a company’s mainframe and member database system.
Requires working knowledge of general office practices, record keeping, accounting principles, rules and regulations and attention to detail.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
