Fully supports the President/CEO to facilitate the most efficient use of his time and expertise on behalf of the Cooperative.
Assists the Department Heads with administrative services where needed.
Provides administrative support to all Directors including coordinating Board meetings, documentation and notices for Board meetings and Committee meetings as well as following up on action items.
Maintains the filing system for cooperative business records.
Assists with communications and publicity for the Cooperative.
Experience and Skills
Minimum of three years in related work experience reporting to senior executive level management, or experience with similar scope of work and responsibility. Must be trained in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat software. Must have professional demeanor, use good judgment and be able to work with executive management and Board. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
