Helps maintain inventory levels for warehouse materials, safety and stationary supplies and safety equipment, review bids from various vendors to ensure product quality, utilizes the NISC system along with Microsoft Office and other software to perform essential clerical functions, including records compilation and retention, requisition preparation and submission. Collaborates with other departments ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel programs. Good written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver’s license required.
