| Capital Electric Cooperative seeks a full time Billing Representative to serve our members at our Bismarck, ND headquarters. The successful applicant will serve the member-owners of the Cooperative with the utmost professionalism and courtesy through in-person, phone, and electronic interactions. The position requires a team-oriented person who possesses highly developed interpersonal skills that leave the member-owners feeling genuinely valued and appreciated. The environment is fast paced and requires the successful applicant to balance multiple priorities simultaneously. Duties include applying payments, establishing electric service for new members, answering member questions regarding bills, and assisting in the collections process. Applicants should be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Preference will be given to applicants who possess a working knowledge of the NISC IVUE billing software. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefit package.
