This position is responsible for the gathering and processing of mail and payments and requires attention to detail while performing these tasks. This position is part of the member services team and works under direct supervision from the member experience supervisor.
Picks up, opens, and sorts mail and processes daily payments quickly and accurately.
Performs computer data entry to input and update member information. Ensures proper handling of all member information for efficient operations. Ensures confidentiality of member records.
Must have very strong verbal communication skills.
Effectively responds to changes in the business environment while dealing with different personality types. Able to perform multiple tasks quickly.
Create an atmosphere of cooperation between departments by performing all duties in a professional manner and on a timely basis, and by providing quality services in the completion of all tasks.
Performs other duties as required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months or more experience in a customer or member service position.
Experience with general office practices including, but not limited to, personal computers, PC software, telephone, copy, fax and other computer peripheral devices.
