Assists in the development, implementation, and tracking of energy service programs. Responds to irregular and/or high usage complaints from residential and commercial members, determines the problem and works with members to resolve their issues. Works with Commercial members that might benefit by being in a different rate class such as Time of Use. Works with members to develop strategies to reduce demand.
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training in marketing, utility operations, or energy services programs; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a strong understanding of residential and commercial building techniques and building sciences. Must be able to troubleshoot and explain air conditioning, thermostat, swimming pool pump, and lighting issues.
