Pay: Up to $38.46/hour depending on experience POSITION SUMMARY Provides quality Salesforce technology support for members as well as Hoosier Energy employees. This includes setting-up new users, user maintenance, managing organization wide defaults, permissions, role hierarchy, platform customizations, creating dashboards and reports, training new users and collating requirements for new processes with stakeholders. Provides support to staff on all company-supported applications. Provides technology support to Hoosier Energy employees as end users, giving prompt and professional resolution to any problems with company standard hardware, software or network/communications tools or services.
