Responsible for the technical support of client/server endpoints, and business applications for Sho-Me Power, Sho-Me Technologies, subsidiaries, and Member Cooperatives, where applicable. Works with other IT staff to ensure effective data security and integrity.
Serve as the primary contacts for Help Desk issues, software and application support.
Provide technical expertise and assistance in testing and configuring applications.
Stay current with application updates and industry trends in order to maximize Sho-Me’s investments.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of applications.
Serve as the primary administrator and support contact for Sho-Me Technologies’ Customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Support Sho-Me Power’s SharePoint environment. Maintain and develop new pages, forms and workflows as business needs evolve.
Responsible for maintaining Sho-Me Power’s and subsidiaries software licensing.
Maintain an awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
Make recommendations regarding hardware and software to meet identified business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience. Experience with client/server applications, databases and business processes as they relate to applicable software. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint online. Minimum of 2 years of technical and application support experience preferred or equivalent coop experience.
