Cooperative Energy is seeking to fill a System Administrator II position!
The System Administrator II is an entry level position which is responsible for the day-to-day support, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of our computer systems, servers, and storage along with planning, designing, and implementing solutions and best practices. Responsible for server and desktop applications, configuration of server equipment, storage systems, virtual infrastructure, and security. Responsible for server, and PC setup maintenance, and security. Will work with Cooperative Energy's EMS group on server and storage configurations and will assist with compliance issues as needed.
The System Administrator II is an entry-journey classification. Incumbents learn to perform the full range of technical support duties.
Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering (ABET Accredited Institute) Or
Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering Technology Or
Bachelor's Degree Information Technology Or
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science Or
Bachelor's Degree Management Information Systems
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking Technology, or Information Systems Technology with2 years Network and Administration and Control experience will be accepted in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
No experience required with Bachelor's Degree
2 years System Administration Experience (Across Multiple Platforms) plus Associate's Degree
