Compensation Manager
Job Description Position Summary: Develops, implements, and monitors compensation strategies and programs for the organization, including job design/evaluations, annual merit awards program, base pay program, cash recognition and incentive plans. Manages NRECA's market pricing database and compensation survey process to ensure competitive cash compensation for a diverse range of professions and lines of business. Manages compensation administration in Workday and collaborates with the benefits and HR Systems team on Total Rewards programs. Collaborates with HR Business Partners on job evaluations, promotions and occasional reorganizations. Identifies compensation trends and evolving best practices for compensation program enhancements.
