YVEC is seeking applications to fill two positions including Cashier/Receptionist and Customer Service Representative. – The successful candidates will provide a courteous and knowledgeable welcome to all who visit or contact YVEC. Positions are responsible for processing customer payments, maintaining cash drawer, manage daily deposits, respond to customer inquiries, answer billing questions, help in collections of delinquent accounts & assist the Customer Service Representatives as needed in a fast pace office environment. Employee must be a team player & will give members a high level of customer service experience.
