Staking Technicians design and stake overhead and underground distribution line construction in accordance with HOTEC policy and specifications. Staking Technicians will have knowledge of existing HOTEC infrastructure, property details and geographic features.  Essential Duties: Responsible for coordinating first contact with cooperative members to gain understanding of electrical service requirements  Create planned distribution line extensions/upgrades, create and maintain staking sheets, assist Engineering department with mapping updates  Secure Right of Way easements and perform ROW research and investigations Examine and document pole-line conditions, asset inventory and GPS data  Must comply with HOTEC confidentiality and saf
