The Assistant Analyst provides support in engineering, procurement, compliance, and other miscellaneous activities for the Engineering Department. Responsibilities
Assists with procurement services related to purchasing equipment, material, tools, and construction services. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing requests for quotations, creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders, monitoring/reporting delivery status, and processing invoices.
Assists with compliance activities by developing models, collecting, and retaining documentation, and other compliance support activities as needed.
Supports the Drafting department with administering Autodesk utilities software, including Vault, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD civil, and others as needed.
Creates Excel spreadsheets and/or Word documents to assist team members with items such as equipment specifications, bid evaluations, tool/equipment tracking, schedules, etc.
Assists with data collection to support power plant operations.
Assists with project status monitoring/reporting, including updating schedules and action item lists, soliciting status updates from team members, and preparing materials for project meetings.
The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED plus enrolled in a college or university and current pursuit of a degree such as Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or other STEM similar related field.
Valid Driver’s License.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
