To provide customers and the general public a maximum level of service by:

1. Receiving and processing payments from customers.
2. Completing customer orders and applications for electric service.
3. Providing assistance using the switchboard and AVAYA phone system when needed.
4. Receiving customer inquiries concerning payments on accounts, applications for electric service, and other general questions.
5. Acting as welcoming liaison for members, the general public, and cooperative employees.

• High school education or equivalent
• Vocational training or college courses in accounting, bookkeeping or computer operations desirable
• Must be willing to continue job-related training
• Must be able to identify with and support the cooperative method of distribution of electrical energy
• Must be interested in working with other people
• Must promote professional appearance and mannerisms
• Must be competent in operation of simple office equipment
• Ability to perform operations with U.S. currency
• Must be able to use simple computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions with hands and fingers such as dialing and typing
