The Manager, Member Services is responsible from establishing and managing the operational strategy that leads all areas of Member Service (customer service) and Account Support (collections) to foster a culture of superior member service, engagement and satisfaction. The Manager, Member Services provides leadership and direction by encouraging service excellence with communication of the cooperative’s vision, mission and strategic initiatives to support a positive work culture that effectively meets the needs of our growing membership.
