Full-time position develops, promotes, and implements Holy Cross Energy’s (HCE) Distributed Energy Resources (DER) programs to members, contractors, builders, and partners/vendors. Serves as a technical subject matter expert on all matters related to DER. Supports HCE’s DER initiatives and goals by fostering member participation and satisfaction with HCE’s DER products, programs and services, including but not limited to distributed solar and/or storage and demand response.
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Energy, Engineering, or related field
4 years related experience
2 years’ experience in managing the delivery of member programs/services, data tracking & reporting, program design & cost-effectiveness screening, development of trade allies & partners preferred
Valid CO Driver’s License required upon hire
Starting annual wage $95,600-$110,000, DOE.
