The primary focus of this position is to provide virtual and onsite Business Process Consultation services for the business processes supported by NISC’s iVUE Service (Customer Care & Billing) Solution on the utility side.Strong industry and iVUE Service experience is a must, and experience with iVUE Connect Service is a plus. Experience with UBB (Utility Boradband) is also beneficial, though not a requirement.
