At times, the incumbent may lead a small crew assigned to a particular project. SUMMARY APPRENTICE POWERLINE TECHNICIAN: Under the direct supervision of the Power Line Supervisor Northern Division, the Apprentice Line Technician Level I-V participates in the Line Technician apprentice training program, pe
