Job Purpose: Directs the activities of the Cooperative’s Engineering Department. Ensures that the Cooperative’s electrical and fiber systems are systematically developed such that improvements are made just prior to the occurrence of the problems in which they were proposed to correct.   Duties: Develops and participates in development of Load Forecasts, Long Range Plans, Construction Work Plans, and other necessary system studies. Oversees design of new electrical and fiber facilities and changes to existing facilities. Ensures these designs are in compliance with most recent version of applicable codes and standards.
