Manager of Public Relations and Communications
1      POSITION FUNCTION To formulate and implement communication, informational programs, and other activities which secure strong member and public understanding and support for the Cooperative, its services and mission.  2      RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Within the limits approved by board policies, operating guides and procedures, approved work plans and budgets and specific delegation from the General Manager, the Manager of Public Relations and Communications assumes the responsibility and has commensurate authority for the following activities, recognizing the continuing responsibility of this position for developing and maintaining a favorable Cooperative image consistent with the Cooperative's strategic goals:
