Purpose of Position: To maintain financial stability of the Coop by forecasting the organization’s financial standing based on financial and operational data and reports provided by the finance and accounting teams. Responsible for developing budgets and advising the CEO and Board of Directors on strategic direction. Directs the work of the Accounting and Materials Teams, to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance pertaining to all areas of oversight. Shall ensure prompt and accurate compliance in all applicable regulatory requirements. Develops and implements financial strategies in partnership with CEO and staff.
