Human Resource Manager
Burke-Divide Electric Cooperative is looking for a Human Resource Manager to provide accurate and efficient human resource related services, benefits, compliance, and payroll processing for the Cooperative. Exceptional attention to detail is essential to this role. Will need to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while communicating effectively with team members. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Benefits and insurance programs administration - maintain documentation to support and ensure compliance with 401k plan and retirement security plan -  payroll administration including monthly, quarterly and year end reports and worksheets – administer the Cooperative’s alcohol/drug testing program – maintain empl
