Substation Technician
JOB SUMMARY The Substation Technician is responsible for repair and maintenance of substations and substation equipment, transformers, voltage regulators, reclosers and other technical equipment. Essential Functions Inspect, test and repair substation equipment including transformers, circuit switchers, regulators, feeder circuit breakers and reclosers, motor operators, battery chargers, etc. Install, program and maintain substation SCADA equipment. Responsible for determining proper settings for substation metering and protective equipme
