Position Duties: Coordinates the work for Right of Way Contractors
Essential Duties:
Follows all safety rules and procedures
Provides direction for contract Right of Way Crews in regards to specific work locations, service orders received and circuit work.
Maintains proper right of way clearances on a five-year circuit rotation
Conducts annual Underground Pad Mount inspections, reporting problems to the appropriate department.
Assists line personnel with power restoration.
Prepares inspection reports and daily repair reports as required.
Complies with Cooperative’s policies prohibiting harassment and discrimination. Complies with Cooperative’s Drug Free Workplace policy, and complies with all policies, safety rules and procedures; and immediately reports possible violations to department VP and VP of HR and Benefits.
Attends safety meetings as required. Participates in other training to stay abreast of best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Computer, I-Pad and cooperative vehicle
Software Requirements (must be able to effectively use):
Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel), GPS Mapping system and Field Pro Software
High School diploma and 5 years related experience, Associate’s or Technical degree and 1 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Valid CPR/First-Aid/AED Certification
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals
Ability to calculate figures and amounts
Ability to display excellent interpersonal and oral communications skills to effectively communicate with contract crews, members and the public
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Knowledgeable of service territory, GPS mapping system and AMR.
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Ability to safely and properly use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment required for maintenance and repairs
Ability to exercise independent judgement within parameters of the Cooperative’s policies/procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, both internally and externally
Physical Requirements (must be able to):
Use both hands and fingers; grip; twist; reach above the head; bend, stoop, twist, and crouch; and sit and stand for long periods of time; lift, carry, push and pull weights up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions (must be able to):
Work eight hours per day, five days a week
Work overtime as needed, including weekends, nights and holidays
Works primarily outside and is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions
