To provide members with a personalized and courteous service using efficient design and staking engineering practices that will deliver economical and reliable service to our members and help meet the objectives of the Engineering Department; and to work and communicate in a team oriented environment in accordance with the vision, mission, and values of the Cooperative.

Require a high school diploma or equivalent. Require courses in high school or beyond in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and CAD drafting. Prefer two (2) years of post-high school education. Prefer course work in drafting, engineering or computer science.
