The Prairie Land apprentice lineman will assist with the construction, operation, maintenance and servicing of all electric transmission and distribution facilities. They will maintain safe and good working conditions in accordance with established industry practices following policies and procedures of the Cooperative as an effective guide to operation. This position will require positive working relationships, personal integrity and dedication to the cooperative principles.
Must locate to Oberlin, in western Kansas
Apprentice will have high school diploma or equivalent. Apprentice must successfully pursue an approved line technician apprenticeship program. Apprentice must be willing to relocate as needed within the cooperative.
