Job Title:  Relay Meter Technician Lead – Spokane, Missouri

KAMO Power, located in Vinita, Oklahoma is in search of a Relay Meter Technician Lead.  The work location will be at the Spokane, Missouri Warehouse.  KAMO offers an exceptional compensation and benefits package including 100% paid employee medical coverage and employer base contribution 401K plan.

This position performs and assures the testing, calibration, analysis and calculations in the installation and maintenance of equipment, instruments, control systems, meter and relay systems.  Assist supervisor in scheduling project and maintenance work.  Assist in supervising the daily activity and training of technicians.  Fill in as supervisor when supervisor is absent.

Ideal candidate will have extensive level of knowledge and understanding of electrical drawings recognizing deviation of data from expected values.  Must have the ability to analyze circuits through the use of prints, circuit analysis and special instrumentation to determine proper operations.  Ability to perform complex vector analysis to verify correct three-phase voltage.  The position is also responsible for the checkout of new equipment or a substation.   

All levels of experience will be considered.  Job and pay grade will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

An Associate Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology or related field is required with at least six (6) years of related industry experience.  Equivalent industry experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
