The Wilson Plant Manager is responsible for providing the safe and cost efficient operation and maintenance of a coal fired unit. The plant manager will use their decision-making skills and leadership abilities to oversee the entire operation of an electric generating facility. Ensures that all safety and environmental procedures are followed by employees, and takes responsibility for the production and management teams. This position has the responsibility of providing reliable electrical service using the most efficient methods available. Must have good people skills to motivate people to work as a team and to follow regulations set by the industry.
