Responsible for the strategic leadership, project management of Transmission Systems Support capital, reimbursable, and O&M projects including Telecommunications, System Protection, System Metering, Substation Automation, Meter Data Management Systems, Telecom Commercial Business, and joint participation projects. Provides effective coordination of resources, both internal and external, to support the timely and efficient completion of Transmission Systems Support additions and modifications. Includes providing strategic leadership and direction on assigned projects and developing, maintaining, and implementing project management process, procedures and docum
