Use Journeyman-Level knowledge of electrical line work to safety construct and maintain electric distribution lines.  Climb poles to perform required tasks including changing out of arms, transformers, conductors, etc.  Maintain oil circuit breakers, transformers, poles, and all such devices that ensure reliable electric service.
