AECI’s Rotational Development Program is designed to develop our next generation of engineers in our Power Production Division. You will work in a challenging, innovative and collaborative environment alongside experienced engineers and leaders during a 24-month rotational period with different assignments lasting approximately six months each. You will take part in complex projects, receive on-the-job training and gain visibility throughout our organization.
