Directs and oversees administrative operations of the Cooperative in the area of Human Resources. Performs a variety of complex human resource functions in the administration of the Cooperative’s fringe benefit programs, wage and salary plan, Affirmative Action Plan, etc., and in the maintenance of organizational and employee policy manuals. Has an extensive working knowledge of benefits, policies, and procedures of the Cooperative.
