Responsible for assisting the Reliability Compliance Manager with the development and preparation of evidence that documents and demonstrates Tri-State's compliance with North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) standards, policies, practices, and procedures as they apply to Power Generation facilities and Energy Markets facilities. Provides compliance guidance for Generation Engineering , Power Plant , and Energy Markets staff. Responsible for making the necessary additions, deletions, and updates to :Power Plant and Energy Markets policies, practices and procedures to ensure that they are in compliance with NERC and WECC Standards.

Hiring Salary Range: $107,000-134,000

Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association is a wholesale electric power supplier owned by the 43 electric cooperatives that it serves.
