Primary Responsibilities: Install, maintain, move or remove transformers, security lights, service drops, poles, conductors, capacitors, regulators, OCRs, or any other line equipment. Perform work from a bucket at various heights, in addition to climbing poles. Perform “hotline” work on all lines and voltages of the Cooperative, following prescribed methods and procedures. Must be FKEC certified for working in or out of the bucket. Locate and repair trouble on overhead and underground distribution and transmission lines and equipment, making them safe against possible damage to life or property pending permanent repair.
