CFC has a need for a Member Program Coordinator on our Facilitation Services team. The Program Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day operations, delivery, expertise, and analysis of Strategic Services Group “SSG” facilitation services, and provides ongoing support and expertise of other value-added services. This position works within SSG, organization, and the membership.
As a Program Coordinator, you will: • Assist in the development and delivery, including periodic member on-site activities, of member-facing strategic facilitation services. Including developing surveys, tabulating and analyzing results, preparing presentations, and creating session materials. • Assist with strategic facilitation member communications, which may include pre-planning calls, session logistics, distributing surveys, preparing marketing materials for members, and answering member inquiries while ensuring quality control and accuracy. • Develop and implement procedures and templates for new services and products, enhancements to existing services and products, and streamlining the delivery of strategic facilitation services. • Assist in the mining of data and analyzing models to support the preparation of various reports and materials for CFC members and various levels of management. • Assist in the design, development and delivery of training material for internal staff and partners on strategic facilitation services and other products and services as assigned. • Collaborate with others to assist in the development of marketing and educational materials for the strategic facilitation services. • Assist with the efforts to enhance, modify, streamline or potentially exit existing CFC value-added products and services as assigned.
To be successful, you will need: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, project management or related field. • 3 years of relevant experience required. • Finance/accounting experience preferred. • Survey Monkey and Salesforce skills preferred. • Project management experience preferred. • Advanced verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, with proven attention to detail. • Intermediate MS Office skills. • Moderate knowledge of financial and accounting principles with knowledge of general business financial reports and key aspects of business planning. • Proven experience in intermediate data analysis, modeling and data mining.
