Position Purpose: Oversee the Metering Team, Quality Control Team and assigned technicians to coordinate testing, inspections, maintenance cycles and repairs of downline distribution assets (downline protective devices, pole lines, meters, etc), to ensure safe and reliable electrical service. Essential Functions: Supervise Technician(s) Oversee inspections of downline protective devices, construction quality control, infrared system scanning and all CT meter installations. Oversee inspection and maintenance of railroad crossing signals at military base. Maintain an awareness of employee issues and provide a timely response to valid concerns. Monitor employee performance and conduct performance
