Supervises and trains customer service personnel in the billing department responsible for member interaction, payment application, and services requested by members.  Contacts members with delinquent accounts, initiated appropriate action, including automated phone calls and recommends accounts for write-off.   Analyzes and prepares member bills Assists with incoming phone calls pertaining to requests for information or services Processes and reviews connects, disconnects, meter changes and miscellaneous service orders Coordinates with dispatch to ensure connection and disconnection of electric service accounts Reviews status of delinquent accounts and initiates collection action Prepares correspondence on delinquent accounts
